When you reach this destination you would really feel more attached with the existence. The nature uncovers its magical beauty with blue sea green kavvayi and river in a single spot
Kavvayi beach house has four bedrooms. All our four bedrooms are different in style & ambience but traditionally set with all essential facilities.
There are traditional verandas and bamboo huts outside to chill out and dine at with the magnificent view of the lake.
The location is ideal for outdoor camping, fishing and barbecues.
KBH provides tents and other facilities to enjoy the outdoor on request.
The house and its premises are Wi-Fi enabled which enables our guests to remain connected with their regular activities.
We have a very good Ayurvedic Hospital and panchakarma centre ( Indian system of medicine) close to Kavvayi beach house and any rejuvenating therapies can be organized on request
Check in and checkout time is only between 6am – 6pm to avoid troubles to local fishermen at work.
Room rent includes tax, complimentary breakfast, pick up, and drop off.
We follow the MAP Plan and lunch is not part of our package. Lunch can be chosen from our menu and if you are not familiar with Indian dishes, our chefs are ready to help you!

The beach house is another lonely planet away from the mainland. The electricity supply is from government and the AC in all rooms work only when we have an uninterrupted supply. We have backup for lights in the rooms and around. Hence, when you opt AC rooms it doesn’t mean an uninterrupted AC. The power failure in the line may affect it.
